My family is in the midst of a little game and the stakes are pretty large.
We are attempting to check off a list of all 50 states in the union as we see them drive by our car window on license plates.
Yes, it's something we've all done before, but here's our twist: The last state we see on a license plate is the state we have to go for our next vacation!
The girls are very excited and really into this! We've been working all summer and only have 13 states left to see, so it's getting down to crunch time!
Check out what we have left to see and cast your vote as to where you think we should go!

Love the new look Sharon. We have been playing the license plate game as well, but we don't have the twist you guys do. I vote for New Hampshire, we saw 6 New Hampshire plates today.
Happy Voting, sorry to hear that Hawaii did not make the list, we saw 2 Hawaii plates today.
~Danielle :)
I say of course, "Pennsylvania!" Of course because Hershey is there. Birthplace of the Hershey bar. I would have such fun in that factory. Yes, I know-don't do the whole chocolate thing, but I could bring alot of goodies back for all of you.
I don't know that I want to admit this but... My mom's half of the family is from Arkansas. A few years back we visited.
Let's just say I hope and PRAY that Arkansas is not the last one you see.
My favorite memory is passing a sign that said the following:
Beer, bullets, and childcare.
I AM NOT KIDDING YOU!
Be afraid, be very afraid.
So I vote South Carolina, no reason just liked the pic on the plate!
I'm thinking it'll be Massachusetts. That would be a totally awesome vacation spot. I hope you find the last ones very soon. I'm dying to know how it turns out.
By the way, your blog looks totally awesome! Great job, TG1.
Love,
TG2
Actually, I take that back. I want to be TG1, and you are TG2, okay?
South Carolina, for sure. Maybe not in the summer, though. The TODAY show listed Charleston as one of its TOP 10 places to visit in "America, The Beautiful". It looked really pretty, carriage rides, and old buildings ...
OK, love your layout. Can you come show me how to do that? You are too cool ... What's TG1 and TG2?
This game is way to fun. I'm with the kids and would be very bummed if we found the Hawaii plate. Oh well!!!!!! I'm with Leslie on the Massachusetts trip. Sounds like tons of fun.
Oh man this looks way fun! Your blog looks great! Very pretty! :)
Well, I'm not into bragging, so I hope it's not Delaware. They want everyone to know that they were the first state. Well...la-de-da!
I'm not into lying either. Rhode Island is NOT an island. It's just a cheap ploy for tourist attraction, you see.
And Massachusets claims to be the spirit of America. Well, I'm a Chritian and I'm not into spirits...unless they are they are the Holy Spirit!!
(Okay, if anyone else reads this who does not know me, please know that this was totally in jest!)
You'll have to keep updated, as the plates narrow down!
I vote for North Carolina. I like the license plate "smiling faces beautiful places" sounds good to me!
