The Fort Vancouver Firework gig was quite an experience! You'll get a different story, though, depending on whom you talk to:
Gabby proudly walked around sporting her "Backstage Pass" ID card, going through security like she owned the place, thinking that she had the coolest mom in the world.
My mom thought I'd sold my soul to the devil!

We will all be praying for your soul, I am sure we can negotiate something.
We went for a walk at Minto Brown Park. Ate some bbq and prayed that the fireworks didn't wake up the baby and the 2 year-old.
I can't wait for the days when we can keep the kids up late without paying for it the next day!

What did I do for the fourth? I went up to Vancouver to my brother's house and took in some awesome fireworks ... Oh, and there was this awesome band, the Funk N' Roll Rockestra. That was the BEST! ;) God Bless America, and even those who've sold their souls!
Goodness gracious hope your mom gets over it. Till then just keep on thinking about how much Gabby thought you were so cool. I think your pretty cool too! I only wish I got to head up there and see you sing thats so awesome!
Adam and I joined his family in west salem for an amazing view of the river front to watch the fireworks. I had lots of fun thought it was HOT! I actually got to sit and talk with adams grandma for a few hours and that was fantastic she has so much wisdom I love chattin git up with her I always learn so much. The kids had a blast and Adam did too. It was a good 4th of July one of the best so far!

I am really sorry I missed the big rock concert especially with the controversy. You look hot in the picture. I am sure you were awesome and can't wait to see the video. You do have it on video????????????? Pretty casual here in the big town. Ate dogs and burgers. Watched the big fireworks display and went to bed. Fun times with the boys!
