I just have one question for you:
How do you define God?
You may be close to Him, far from Him, or don't even believe in Him, but answer honestly, in your simplest terms. There is no wrong answer, this is an opinion question.

He is my Shield.
He is my Strength.
He is the Lifter of my Head.
There are so many things that He is to me... but those are the top 3that keep showing up lately.
(and I'm so very thankful... because they are just what I've needed)

God is who I have with me constantly. He is the One who loves me perfectly, like no one on earth can. He is my protecter and defender. He has control of everything, Almighty.
Lately I keep being amazed at how God loves me. It boggles my mind that such a huge perfect, powerful entity could love each one of us so perfectly. He is my friend, at the same time he is in complete sovereignty over everything.
God is every great creation. He is all that is great and good.
all knowing, all loving, all mighty father.
God is my best Friend, protective Father and intimate Lover.
I trust Him with my whole life. I depend on Him to sustain my pratical needs as well as my emtional ones.
God is worthy of my life, my praise and all the glory in my life.
God is continually longing to be in relationship with us. He waits and longs and is thrilled beyond what we can understand when we call on His name and trust Him.
There's more, but I'll stop now. Great question!
God is Creator of all things. There is no other god, but Him. He is the GREATEST king over all eternity who allows me to enter into His presence anytime I wish to be with Him, talk to Him, get to know Him, and to feel His love. He is my everything. Without Him life is hopeless and meaningless. I would be completely lost without God and His son Jesus. He is my living water.
He is my light, my strength, my protector, my rescuer, my truth seeker, my guardian.

I was going to wait till I had time to write out a long list of things felt defined God in my own heart.
But the list would be to long and I haven't the time. So here's my summary...
God: Unfathomable Love.
I'll through infanite in there too.

God is my constant... my security blanket. A refuge from the world.
