Just a quick little game for your enjoyment (hopefully).
The following are some movie quotes from some of my favorite movies (and some that aren't really my favorites but had some good quotes). See how many you can figure out. Read the quote and name the movie title in your comment, stating the quote number with which it corresponds.
1. "That'll do, Pig."
2. "Wax on. Wax off."
3. "I believe you'll get your headlines after all, Mr. Ismay."
4. "I want my two dollars!"
5. "You have arm hair."
6. "You will always be my bosom friend."
7. "No one puts Baby in a corner."
8. "Stupid is as stupid does."
9. "Stop rhyming now, I mean it."
......And my all time favorite movie......
10. "Tomorrow is another day."
So, do you think between all of you bloggers you can figure out all ten? Maybe I should set a limit of three movie titles per person, that way some smarty pants out there won't ruin it for everyone else. Yeah, let's do it that way.
What's your favorite movie? Any guilty pleasures?

Seriously...I can only list 3? Ok, I'll abide by your rules.
3. Titanic
7. Dirty Dancing
8. Forrest Gump
Fun Post!!!
Now get packing for that little trip of yours.
Hmmm...I can only name two heer they are:
2. Karate kid
7. Dirty Dancing
that was all I knew i'm kinda dissapointed in myself. I would say my fave movie is...The Notebook!-I love it!
1. Babe
5. I googled it, know the answer, but I wont say. Just to let you know, you blog is number 2 on the google result list for this search... You are soooo famous!
9. Princess Bride, but... Richard in typical Kim fashion is correcting the quote. It is actually, "No more rhymes now, I mean it." "Anybody want a peanut?" Richard only know the exact technicality of the quote becasue when he was 7 years old he used to pretend to be sick so he could stay home and watch that movie, while eating PB muffins.
Ok, seriously next time he can type his own comment.
He is now unsure of his answer, and wants to watch the movie just in case.... MEN...
Okay, here it goes:
1. Babe
I know more but priscilla and leslie already named them. My favorite movie right now is:
Transformers!!!
Oops, I meant LizzyG, not Leslie
Number 6. Ann of Green Gables
Hurray - I got one that no one else did yet!
On my way to my grandma's today to visit and she introduced me to the movie probably when I was in middle school? when I was home from school, sick.
I know number 4. but I just can't place it! UGH! 5. is a mystery to me??? But 10! I can't believe it hasn't been listed yet - Gone with the Wind.
I am so not good at this game. Oh Sharon, what game am I good at? Oh well.
1. Babe
2. Karate Kid
3. Titanic
4. Better Off Dead
5. 13 going on 30
6. Anne of green gables
7. Dirty Dancing
8. Forest Gump
9. Princess Bride
10. Gone with the wind
OK, so smarty pants Ona knows them ALL!!! ;)
Wonder if she knows this one;
"Well, you know how it is baby, rockin' and rollin' and what not".
That comes to you courtesy of my fave movie!
Julie, Julie, Julie, it's on my favorite movies. Grease! That was my first movie I saw in a theater. I had the biggest crush on John Travolta, even "Barbarino" in Welcome Back Kotter. I still have a mug with the "sweat hogs". Probably worth a lot of money now.
Hmmm...I think "someone" needs to read all the intstruction, Ms. Smartypants! : )
However, upon further review, Ms. Smartypants technically only revealed 3 titles~the final 3 remaining to be figured out: 4,5 & 9. Nicely done, Ms. Smartypants! : )
And Kristan, I knew you'd hate this game! : )
Julie,
That quote is also from Dirty Dancing. It is Johny's cousin. I think...
SHARON!!! TWO day's till you leave!! How exciting!!!!!!!
How fun! I just knew a few.
Hope you are having a wonderful day!
Darn! I thought maybe I would be the first to name at least one of these, but no such luck! I knew 1, 7 and 8... Fun Game Sharon!
1. Babe
2. Karate Kid
3.
4. Better Off Dead
5.
6.
7. Dirty Dancing
8. Forest Gump
9. Princess Bride
10. Gone with the wind
Craig couldn't help me with the chick flicks. My favorite movies of all time are 1. Pretty Woman
2. Cutting Edge (Although Dirty Dancing and Top Gun are among my favorites.)
What was I sleeping? I can't believe I missed the whole thing!
I would have gotten 7, 8 & 9!!
Sawyer runs around saying
"As you wish..."
But my favorite line from a movie:
"Well if you must know, it was because he was jealous and I had these days of the week underpants"
...I wanted to contribute something...GREAT BLOG Sharon...I hope your trip goes well!!! I only know you from Blogland...but you'll be missed!!!
Without looking at what others said I knew:
1) Babe (so cute!)
2) Karate Kid (watched it a million times as a kid...but not a karate kid)
3) It's been so long since I've seen this movie. I don't remember this line. I really liked it, though.
5) I never saw this movie
6) Ditto 5)
7) Dirty Dancing. Saw it once. Loved the dancing.
8) Forest Gump. Love it!
9) Another movie I've seen a lot. Josh watched it once with me back in the college days. He will NEVER watch it again with me. He hated that I basically quoted the movie while it played. Yeah. I can see how that could be annoying!! (I don't think I've watched it since, but I think that I could still quote it even after these seven or so years! Inconceivable!!)
10) Gone with the Wind. But frankly my dear, I don't give a ... beaver's handywork. Actually, it's a great movie. Haven't seen it in years, though.
Ok, so I totally got the quote Jule gave wrong. See I CAN admit when I am wrong. (Just don't tell Richard...)
