What time is it? Summer time! It's finally High School Musical 2 time!
We had a full-on, super fun, slumber party last night in celebration of the premier of the new Disney Channel movie! Gabby had 5 of her soccer friends over and Greta had a friend over, too. Throw in a couple little sisters of the soccer girls, and a fellow soccer mom, mix in streamers and plenty of balloons, coupled with tons of pizza and snacks and what do you get? A BLAST!
Then....at the stroke of midnight, I took the "big girls" out for a little TPing action! Dressed all in black, we ran into Winco to stockpile our TP supplies, then made our way to the soccer coach's house! One of Gabby's friends was sure we were going to be arrested, but it was a complete success! A night they won't soon forget!
Anyone else catch the movie? We totally loved it! What did you think?

I knew this post was coming-I could feel it!
What a fun night you had. Did you make the floats?
Each of my girls had a friend over to spend the night and we watched both movies, ate popcorn, made floats (we did strawberry) and had cake!
It was really fun. I love nights like that!
The second movie was cute, but I think the first one was better. What about you?
Oh my gosh how fun!!!
Brings back memories!
Oh my goodness! You are just the coolest mom, I will NEVER try and compare myself to you. Overnights with all those girls and teaching them to TP houses. Does it get any better?
I'm so glad that you had fun with your girls.
Words cannot describe how neat I think it is that you connect with Gabby. I could go on and on, let's just say that I know God has placed you two together for His glory. Great things are coming out of (and will continue to) the relationship that you two have. It warms my heart and puts a smile on my face.
The Bryson girls are great, I miss you all.
sounds like you all had a blast. does bring back some good memories. We watched half of the show and fell asleep. what we did see was great. the boys don't get as excited about high school musical. they'd rather be watching cowboys and such. i would give #2 a great rating.
Don't tell Ryan that I confessed this, but the McNally's had their own little party. The kids and I headed to the party store and bought out all of the High School Musical party supplies. I loved the new one. Morgan didn't like the new one. She thought it was really sad because Troy and Gabrialle were kept apart the whole movie. I won't tell you if Ryan liked it or not because like I said don't let him know you know he watched it. HEE, HEE.
We watched it and LOVED it ... minus Sharpay's pool scene. But hey? We're all in this together, right? All For One!
Oh, HSM 2... did that come out already? (Can you tell Makayla's still a few years away from that?) Boy, does that sound like an awesome night?! How FUN!
Everytime I see "High School Musical" stuff in the stores, I must admit, I think of your girls, Gabby really inparticular!
There's something to be said about having your kids young. I mean, by the time Makayla's Gabby's age, I'll be too old to do cool stuff like that!! ;)
Gotta let you know...I love that there's a girl in the shot (can't tell who it is) that chose to advertise our church while TPing!! :)
Whoa! Just heard that HSM 3 is in the making!!!!!!
Holy Moly Sharon! I can't believe you tped a house with your girls! You have just reached a whole new level of cool in my books. Do the others girls parents or their soccer coach know about this? How fun I seriously want to be like you when i grow up :P your girls have such a cool mom! By the way I see the high school musical stuff everywhere but i have never seen it....maybe i should tune in sometime.
